The sequence numbers determine the order in which the columns will appear on the report. Additional options are available to layer functions, totals and selection criteria. Placing a check in the totals box next to an element will generate report totals if the element is numeric. Ad hoc/control break totals are displayed for each non-numeric element when the value within the column changes. Variables define selection criteria and logic operators such as 'equal', 'not equal', 'less than', 'greater than' and 'like' define how the variables are used. Only records matching the defined criteria will be included in the report. Product licensing is available based on number of users.
